How To Use Ribbon Blender?

• Preparing the Material: Ensure that the materials to be mixed are dry, free-flowing, and properly weighed or measured. Remove any foreign materials or debris.
• Loading the Blender: Open the top cover of the Ribbon Blender and load the materials into the U-shaped trough. Ensure that the materials are evenly distributed and fill the trough up to 50-60% of its capacity to allow enough space for the mixing process.
• Starting the Blender: Close the top cover and lock it securely. Start the Ribbon Blender and adjust the mixing speed according to the requirements of the materials being mixed.
• Mixing the Material: Allow the Ribbon Blender to run for the specified mixing time. The inner and outer helical ribbons will rotate in opposite directions, moving the materials back and forth, creating a gentle tumbling action, and ensuring a thorough mixing of the materials.
• Discharging the Material: Once the mixing process is complete, stop the Ribbon Blender and open the discharge valve at the bottom of the trough to discharge the mixed materials. Ensure that the discharge valve is closed securely once the material has been discharged.
• Cleaning the Blender: After use, clean the Ribbon Blender thoroughly with water or suitable cleaning agents to remove any residual materials or contaminants. Dry the Ribbon Blender before the next use.
